Our mission is to provide you with better customer service for your holiday places, travel vacations, and fairy-tale holidays. The Cancellation Policy defines how to cancel, refund, your cancellations and re-entry.
1. General Cancellation Policy
1.1 Standard Cancellation Charges
- 10% of total reservation amount: Departure is not less than 60 days prior.
- 25% of the total booking amount: Departure is scheduled between 31-60 days.
- 50% of the whole amount paid for bookings: Departure is between 15 and 30 days.
- 100% of the entire booking amount: Departure is less than 15 days.
1.2 Services that Cannot be Reimbursed
Some categories of services and promotions can’t be changed into cash or refunds. This includes but is not limited to:
- Limited-time discounted offers
- Last-minute reservations
- Non-refundable flight tickets and hotel bookings
- Activities and excursions booked through our website
2. Holiday Destinations
2.1 Cancellation Process
To void the reservation for your place of vacation, you must contact our client service department at least 48 hours before your intended departure. The cancellation notice must be provided via email.
2.2 Refunds
Refunds for holiday destination bookings will be made based on the cancellation fees mentioned above. Any other third-party service charges will also be deducted from the refund.
3. Cruise Experiences
3.1 Policy for Cancelling Cruises
- 5% of your reservation amount: Cancel 90 days before departure.
- 15% of the reservation amount: Cancel between 61-90 days before departure.
- 50% of the reservation amount: Cancel between 31 and 60 days before departure.
- 100% of the reservation amount: Cancel less than 30 days before departure (non-refundable).
3.2 Cancellation Process
To cancel your cruise holiday booking, contact our customer service team at least 72 hours before the start of your trip. Cancellation requests must be sent by email and in writing.
3.3 Refunds
The cruise cancellation policy outlined above will govern refunds for cruise holidays. Additional fees charged by the cruise line will also be deducted from the refund amount.
4. Disney Holidays
4.1 Cancellation Policy
- 10% of the total booking price: Bookings made within 45 days from departure.
- 25% of the total price: Bookings made between 30 and 45 days before departure.
- 50% of the final cost: Bookings made between 15 and 29 days before departure.
- 100% of the booking amount: Less than two weeks before departure (non-refundable).
4.2 Cancellation Process
To cancel your Disney holiday booking, call our customer support team 48 hours before your flight. Email us to request cancellation.
4.3 Refunds
Refunds for Disney holidays will be processed based on the cancellation policy above. Any additional charges incurred from other vendors will also be deducted from this amount.
5. Special Circumstances
5.1 Medical Emergencies
If you have any medical emergencies, please provide our client care team with the necessary documents, such as a medical certificate. Your case will be reviewed, and based on the situation, we might offer a full or partial refund.
5.2 Force Majeure
In the event of unforeseeable circumstances such as natural disasters, theholidaybreakz may cancel any bookings you have made. In such cases, we offer alternative arrangements or a full refund.
